TRAVELING TO SALEM FROM CLARKSBURG & POINTS EAST

    1.Take US Route 50 West

    2. Exit LEFT onto Route 50/28 (Old Route 50). This is the third Salem exit off of US Route 50 (listed as Salem Rd) and requires that you enter an exit ramp from the passing lane into the center median turning lane.

    3. Shortly after turning onto Old Route 50 you will see our sign on the right.

    4. Turn RIGHT onto our driveway adjacent to our sign.

    5. Our office is located adjacent to Salem Family Medicine and J D Hissem, DDS

 

 

 

TRAVELING TO SALEM FROM PARKERSBURG & POINTS WEST
  1. Take US Route 50 East
  2. Exit RIGHT onto Route 50/28 (Old Route 50). This is the first Salem exit (listed as Downtown Salem).
  3. Shortly after turning onto Old Route 50 you will see our sign on the right.
  4. Turn RIGHT onto our driveway adjacent to our sign.
  5. Our office is located adjacent to Salem Family Medicine and J D Hissem, DDS.
